Refund Policy

At XM Ready, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • Items must not be damaged, installed, or modified in any way.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Refunds May Be Denied or Reduced If:

  • Items show signs of installation or use

  • Packaging is missing or damaged

  • Product is returned beyond the 30-day window

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was sent

To start a return, please contact us at contact@xmready.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and shipping instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Special orders or custom installations

  • Open-box or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Installed or tampered electronic items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@xmready.com

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item based on availability and severity of the issue

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need an exchange, please email us at contact@xmready.com.

Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again

  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
